COMMON SMARTCARD ISSUES

CARD LOCKED

IF THERE IS NOT ANYONE AT THE PHARMACY THAT CAN UNLOCK YOUR CARD, PLEASE LOG A CALL BY USING THE LINK BELOW AND THE RA TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH

CARD GOING TO EXPIRE AND UNABLE TO RENEW IN PHARMACY

FIRST THING TO DO IS CONTACT YOUR OWN COMPUTER SYSTEM PROVIDER AS THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE TO ALLOW YOU TO RENEW THE SMARTCARD INSTORE. THIS WOULD HELP ANYONE TRYING TO RENEW A SMARTCARD IN THE FUTURE. IF THE UPDATE DOES NOT WORK, PLEASE LOG A CALL VIA THE LINK BELOW AND THE RA TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH

CARD ALREADY EXPIRED

I’VE GOT A SMARTCARD BUT IT NEEDS TO HAVE A PHARMACY LINKED TO IT

YOUR PHARMACY MANAGER/SPONSOR NEEDS TO LOG A CALL ON YOUR BEHALF BY USING THE LINK BELOW AND THE RA TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH

 

FOR ANY OTHER ISSUES PLEASE LOG A REQUEST BY USING THE LINK BELOW AND THE RA TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH. IF YOU EMAIL THE SERVICE DESK YOU WILL PROBABLY BE EMAILED BACK ASKING YOU TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE FORM VIA THE LINK BELOW
